Cooperation models and fee structure

Flexxy uses different collaboration and fee models, depending on the type of role and context of the organisation.

  • No cure no pay
    This model is applied in regular search & selection for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
    The recruitment fee is payable only upon successful placement.
  • Retained search
    This model is used in executive search, senior management and key positions.
    Retained search is appropriate when a role is strategic or business-critical, requires confidentiality,
    or when the search is complex, time-intensive and requires complete focus.
  • Interim, project and RPO models
    These forms are used for volume, continuity or structural recruitment needs,
    often in hybrid collaborations as an extension of the internal team.
