Why Flexxy chooses partnership with Deel
Flexxy wants what's best for both Freelancers/Contractors and Clients. Because of our decision to focus not only on the Netherlands but everywhere in Europe to get you the best job opportunities, Deel is the perfect match in connecting localized compliance and payments in one system.
With Deel you can set up legally binding contracts that cover local labor laws in over 50 countries, withdraw your money in the payment method of your choice with 60 local currencies, and enjoy 24/7 customer support.
What does this mean for our Freelancers?
Deel contracts are signed by both parties and meant to help with compliance for contractors and clients working under local laws of their respective countries. These contracts are good examples that cover the majority of service agreements across different countries. We are working on offering contracts that are tailored to each individual local laws. If necessary, you can upload and use your own contract or add additional documents such as policies etc.
Setting up the payment cycle (monthly, semi-monthly, bi-monthly, weekly) and choosing the right type of contract (fixed, pay as you go or milestone) will streamline the workflow between the contractor and the company. Remember, these contracts are legally binding, and both parties agree to the conditions!
Every contractor has full flexibility for the withdrawal process. They can split the balance into several installments and choose multiple methods. Deel always optimizes the payout flow and offer local payouts when possible, minimizing the fees and ensuring fast clearing time. Contractors can withdraw money with PayPal, Payoneer or bank transfer (in USD or their local currency). While Clients can pay or deposit money via ACH, wire transfers credit cards.
All invoices are generated via Deel for both parties as soon as a payment is due. They are located in the invoice tab and can be downloaded for accounting purposes. If needed, contractors or clients can upload their own invoices as well.
Customer support 24/7
24/7 support in 10 different languages. Contractors can always reach out to customer support to check the status of their payment and get quick answers.
What does this mean for our clients?
Deel is the first payroll platform for remote teams that connects localized compliance and payments in one system of record and automates everything.
Deel generates examples of local labor law contracts that help compliance for contractors working under the labor laws of their countries. These general contracts come in three types: fixed, pay as you go and milestone.
After the contract is generated, on the agreed date (payment cycle), the client will issue the payment through Deel. With Mass pay, the clients can process all outstanding payments in one click, regardless of the number of contracts. When the payment is due, the total amount owed is displayed and a client will be able to process it at once or choose from the list.
Clients can pay or deposit money via ACH, wire transfers and credit cards.Contractors can withdraw money with PayPal, Payoneer or bank transfer (in USD or their local currency).
Deel's contracts have been reviewed by over 120 legal partners and tax experts around the world and are localized to those countries. Appropriate registration documents are collected to prove the legitimacy of contractors and give peace of mind to clients when they're hiring abroad. The documents requested are based on local requirements and are safely kept on the platform. Contractors are verified through Deel’s integration with Veriff to prove the identities of those who onboard on the platform.
For US users, Deel created an easy way to compile data and generate tax forms. When a contract is created, they will use the information provided to automatically fill in necessary forms.
