Experience with recruitment, sourcing, and scaling across start-ups, scaleups and companies active in the Renewable Energy field. I'm passionate about building a diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative workforce for our clients. A fun fact about me is that I belong on a farm with all my pets. We have Freddy the Bulldog. We have Pip, Juultje, Woezel, Maartje, Lynn and Bobo the bunnies. We have Koekkie and Kruimel, the guinea pigs, and we have Max and Kiwi, the parakeets.

I am a professional with five years of experience in general HR and full-cycle (360) recruitment. At Flexxy, I am responsible for providing innovative recruitment solutions, ensuring customer success, and new business development. I am also currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration degree. Outside work, I also run Grow With Gold, a podcast designed to inspire listeners' career and business growth! As a fun fact, I can tell you that I truly believe I have a hidden talent. I am just yet to discover it yet! 

I am an experienced, creative and self-driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service. I've been with Flexxy since 2021. I started as a Junior Consultant before deciding to become a full-time Sourcing Consultant. Within our team, I am responsible for everything data and IT related, as well as any questions colleagues may have about this. The best part about this position is that it allows me to combine my love of working with people with my newfound interest in technology. A fun fact about me is that I'm always ready for the people around me, I´m always up for a party, and I am a self-proclaimed ping-pong champion.

I am a certified communication expert. My educational qualification includes a bachelor's in communication and a double master's degree in International Communication and Business Administration/Management. I am a hardworking and goal-driven person that aims to achieve and deliver recruitment-set goals at Flexxy with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.I began my journey with Flexxy in 2021. I found sourcing, connecting and reaching out to diverse professionals to match the client's professional demands interesting so I continued with Flexxy. I am responsible for sourcing, reaching out to potential candidates and bringing in the best hires for our clients in sustainable and renewable energy. Part of my duties is to take care of all internal projects at Flexxy, and make sure the teammates and Flexxy's clients are happy. Before my recruitment career, I worked as an information officer with The Presidency at INEC Nigeria (Independent National Electoral Commission) as a Senior Information officer for six years. A fun fact about me is that I love cooking and travelling. I have lived in 3 African countries and 2 European countries and I've travelled to more than ten countries across Africa and Europe.

I have enjoyed two decades of experience with nonprofit organizations, beginning in Romanian orphanages. I moved to the southern US and working with climate effected citizens in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. Next I recruited and led a large nonprofit for military wives as my spouse served as a paratrooper in the Army. I recently worked as a research assistant focused on climate and gender equity, built multiple processes and turned data into conclusive evidence. During my MSc at Radboud, I returned to research Romanians in the Dutch labour market. My passion for people and the environment continues at Flexxy. A fun fact about me is that I have lived in 3 countries & 11 US states.

I am passionate about finding talent and matching the right person with the company and the position, that’s why I came to Flexxy where those are the core values of the company. I finished my MSc. in Work and Organisational Psychology and couldn’t be more excited to proceed to work in my field of interest. A fun fact about me is that even after 2 years in the Netherlands I still cannot master riding a bike in the winter or at any season for that matter. 

I am a fresh and open-minded soul that’s always ready to take action and do the right thing. I am passionate about making the world a better place, travelling and getting to know cultures in-depth and in person. I’m pursuing a degree in Computational Social Science to become a better-qualified person to make the world a better place. Working at Flexxy is close to my heart because it brings me close to this goal, as while we responsibly support companies in Sustainability & Technology - branches crucial for a safe future, we also support the earth itself. A fun fact about me is that during my life, I have already managed to travel to every continent, but Antarctica, which is also in my plans. As a bonus, I can say that my dream is to visit Tuvalu!
