Rates and procedure

  • How does the fee work in recruitment?

    We work with a retention-based model: the fee is invoiced in 2 parts - upon a signed employment contract and after six months of employment. If the candidate leaves the company earlier, the remaining instalments expire. Our fee averages between 18 and 22% depending on the annual salary.

  • What does an RPO collaboration cost?

    RPO is tailor-made. We work with flexible subscriptions which you can scale up or down per month, depending on your recruitment volume. The price is transparent and based on effort and results.

  • How does the rate for interim professionals work?

    We prefer to work on the basis of a one-off fee than with an ongoing margin. This keeps the rate fair for both client and professional, and the cooperation remains transparent.

  • What are the fees for training, implementation or consultancy?

    These services often fall within an RPO subscription. When purchased separately, we work with a hourly rate that fits the scope of the project. We always communicate the full cost upfront - no surprises afterwards.
