Flexxy began in 2018 with a clear vision: to connect great people with great opportunities. What started as a focus on freelance tech professionals quickly grew into something bigger. In 2021, we expanded into recruitment for permanent positions, growing both our team and our partnerships as well as our impact. Our years of experience have allowed us to keep expanding our range of services: from recruitment and selection to strategic talent advice, from RPO and interim recruitment to talent pools, project recruitment, employer branding, recruitment strategy, ATS implementation and data-driven recruitment optimisation.
