About us
Flexxy begon in 2018 met een heldere visie: geweldige mensen verbinden met geweldige kansen. Wat startte als een focus op freelance tech-professionals, groeide al snel uit tot iets groters. In 2021 breidden we uit naar recruitment voor vaste posities, en groeiden zowel ons team als onze partnerships én onze impact. Door onze jarenlange ervaring hebben we ons dienstenpakket steeds verder kunnen uitbreiden: van werving en selectie tot strategisch talentadvies, van RPO en interim recruitment tot talentpools, project recruitment, employer branding, recruitmentstrategie, ATS-implementatie en data-gedreven recruitmentoptimalisatie.
