Our Procedure in 6 Steps

We work in a structured, transparent way and with a proven process that puts quality over quantity.

1. Intake & objective

We start with a sharp intake: your needs, culture, must-haves, nice-to-haves and the ideal profile. This forms the basis of the strategy.

2. Candidate profiling & market analysis

We research the market, competition and feasibility. With data and AI-assisted insights, we determine the best approach.

3. Active sourcing & outreach

We approach candidates personally, carefully and purposefully - never in bulk. Every candidate is checked manually.

4. Selection & interviews

We only speak to, qualify and present candidates who really fit. No piles of CVs - only relevant profiles.

5. Process guidance

We coordinate interviews, keep momentum in the process and give honest advice on both sides.

6. Offer support & onboarding follow-up
